A Postcard-Perfect Proposal

Set against a field of pink watsonias and sweeping ocean views, Sumie’s proposal to Desire was a moment filled with love, intention, and deep emotion.
What began as a playful treasure hunt for Desire and her two daughters turned into one of the most meaningful adventures of their lives. Each clue brought them closer to the final surprise, a picturesque picnic setup overlooking the sea, with a bouquet of bright orange marigolds waiting at the center. The marigolds, Desire’s birth flower, were a symbol of warmth and devotion — the perfect reflection of what this moment represented.
When Sumie got down on one knee, emotion swept through them all. Both girls were tearful and overcome, witnessing such a beautiful declaration of love and commitment between two people who have built something so special together.
It was a deeply personal reminder that love, in all its forms, is worth celebrating with the ones who matter most.
