Perfect garden proposal

On the 24th of November 2022, this wonderful couple got engaged.

Naish requested our assistance in planning a perfect proposal for his lovely girlfriend, Nicolette. He felt that the time was right, and he had a specific date in mind that was perfect for them as a couple. We had a chat about their likes and dislikes and went into action with the planning immediately. We also provided him with a believable reason for how to keep the secret and get Nicolette to the venue without spoiling the surprise on the day.

In preparation for an event set up, part of the process is that we watch various weather apps constantly. We then arrive early enough on the day to ensure that everything is perfect and laid out accordingly. For this setup, we included a “Memory Lane” which is a display of pictures that are special to the couple, these are chosen from moments they have treasured throughout their relationship. She loves sunflowers and so the setup was planned around them and therefore in keeping with a yellow colour scheme which worked perfectly in the gorgeous garden setting.

Our photographer was hiding in the garden and captured Nicolette’s initial reactions once she realised that “today is the day”. When Naish got down on bended knee, Nicolette’s answer was without a doubt a YES!

This is a couple who know each other well and are comfortable with each other. They are fun-loving and relaxed in their relationship and it made both the proposal and photoshoot so enjoyable. We loved working with Naish and hope they felt it was their perfect garden proposal.
