On the 20th August 2016 Darren proposed to Sarusha on Table Mountain, or shall we say… on top of the world.

Darren and Sarusha flew from Durban to Cape Town for a holiday. He wanted to make the holiday extra special by popping the question. From the beginning he just loved the idea of proposing on Table Mountain, and that’s exactly what he did! The ideal location for him was a place with breathtaking views! You can not argue that Table Mountain really has the most incredible views of Cape Town.

Lesley, our sneaky photographer, meet him on the day and followed them up in the cable car. They were SO lucky as the weather was perfect, wind free and not a rain cloud in sight. Darren quickly decided on the spot he wanted to use for the proposal. After walking around and taking some selfies, they reached the desired location. Darren fell to his knees and asked the girl of his dreams to marry him. She said YES! They have been together 20 months and he knew she was the one… <3

While they celebrated the moment, Lesley captured it on film. He then introduced himself and handed over a bottle of bubbly to open. Celebrations on Table Mountain had began!

Darren and Sarusha perfect marriage proposal on Table Mountain will not be forgotten. We wish them a world of happiness and hope their adventures continue.
