On the 9th December, Anton popped the question and Juanita said YES!
They met on a blind date about 6 years ago, how sweet is that. 🙂 They came down to Cape Town for a holiday and Anton decided it was time to propose. He contacted us to find a venue as he did not know Cape Town’s most romantic spot. We suggested Tinswalo Atlantic and it was a match made in heaven, he loved this idea. They had a busy day planned so he wanted to propose in the morning. We thought this was a fab idea so they have the whole day to celebrate!
Cape Town’s weather is unpredictable at times and it just happened on this day, we experienced a black southeaster. This means there are strong wind and light drizzle. Rain or shine it did not dampen their day one bit, it actually added to the romance.
This gorgeous couple arrived at Tinswalo for breakfast that morning and were taken to a private room as the outside area was too wet. Anton asked the love of his life to marry him, SHE SAID YES! Our photographer, Lesley was hidden away to capture it on film. He was worried about the photo’s being indoors but it just so happened about 10 minutes after the proposal it cleared up. They were so lucky and got the most amazing photo’s outside with the stunning views. They threw stones into the sea for good luck and we hope all their wishes come true!
Congrats to a beautiful couple, Anton and Juanita marriage proposal at Tinswalo was so special.
