Aadil and Nikita sunrise beach proposal

On the 15th February 2020, Aadil popped the question to the love if his life at a beach sunrise proposal. She said YES!

This lovely couple has been together 5 years, they have been dating since being at Stellenbosch University. Aadil approached her at the Neelsie one day and the rest was history. They moved from Cape Town to Joburg for work but Cape Town has always held a special place in their hearts thus Aadil booked a weekend away to pop the question. We chatted about what he wanted and a beach setup was the chosen location. It was a PERFECT day for them which is so lucky!

Nikita’s favourite colours are blue & white so this worked so well with the beach theme. As they wanted a VERY quiet private proposal, we suggested Beta beach at sunrise. They were the only people on the beach which was magical. Sunrise is one of the most amazing times of day, the lighting is great for photos and hardly any other people around.

On arrival they walked down to the beach, where we captured it on video and Sian took the photos. It really was a perfect proposal. Nikita looked beautiful in her white dress, which she was told to wear at the break of dawn, she had no idea why. Aadil got down on one knee and asked Nikita to marry him, she said YES! There were hugs, kisses and giggles ~ a wonderful celebration of love.
