On the 3rd October 2014 Jamie and Louise got engaged! All the way from Ireland, Jamie popped the question to his beloved in Cape Town while they were on holiday. What a very special beach picnic proposal in Cape Town.

They have been together for the last 3 years and were friends even before they got together. They both enjoy traveling and seeing the world, the phrase “making memories” comes to mind.

Jamie came to us to help him plan the proposal, as Louise was expecting it on the trip, he wanted an element of surprised to make it a success. He wanted something intimate and nothing over the top. She loves the beach and ocean so a beach picnic was the chosen idea! An ideal setting to relax, enjoy each others company and watch the sunset.

An afternoon picnic was set up for them on the beach. Jilda, the photographer captured it all on film. Louise did not expect a thing, she though they were just going to the beach after doing a bit of shopping. It was a beautiful sunny day and they stayed and enjoyed their picnic until the sun had set! Louise said YES and Jamie was a very happy man 🙂  The best beach picnic proposal Cape Town!

We wish them the best of luck and happiness for what the future holds. A young, energetic couple who loves life! They have already set a wedding date for 2016, we hope we can share some photo’s from their big day after it happens!
