Colourful marriage proposal

On the 3rd December 2021, Eric and Cythnia got engaged!

What a year it has been, we have been a roller coaster with COVID. The events world has been turned upside down for 2 years now, with postponements, cancellations, and restrictions BUT we are always here to assist. This proposal made our day… the colours and positivity of this couple were amazing! We are so happy to finish off this year with this blog post of a happy and bright proposal.

They came on holiday to Cape Town and Eric asked us to book him a photographer. He wanted to capture the moments and landmarks of Cape Town. The main aim was for it to be bright and colourful, he loved this idea from the start. The areas that were chosen were, Bokaap of course and then Muizenberg huts. These both are iconic for Cape Town, these colourful huts and buildings are known all around the world.

On the day we booked them a private shuttle to drive them around. They collected them from their hotel apartment and meet up with Lesley, our talented photographer. They enjoyed a couples shoot at Bokaap amongst the colourful buildings. (while exploring some history and chatting to locals).

Then they all drove off to Muizenberg for the next part of the shoot, this is where Eric got sneaky. They planned that Cynthia would turn away and while she was “posing” Eric got down on one knee. He asked the girl of his dreams to marry him, she said YES!

We wish this happy couple a wonderful journey together, we are in love with these photos!!! What a fabulous colourful marriage proposal.
