On the 17th June 2016 Raynard and Judi got engaged at the lovely 12 Apostles Hotel.

We ask each couple how they met and we just love Raynard and Judi’s story:

“I was living and working/studying in Pretoria and she was studying in Stellenbosch. A friend and I were bored in class and we swapped our old girl friends (from school) phone numbers, he gave me Judi’s number. We started to chat and then it went over to calling each other. We did that for about 6 months and fell in love with each other. After that I met her in person and I guess we can say it was love at first sight”.

Their proposal story is just as cute! The day started with a helicopter trip at the V&A Waterfront then headed to the 12 Apostles hotel for a picnic. The picnic was set-up in the gardens at one of the picnic tables on the mountain. The views from this spot are amazing. Views of Table Mountain and the Atlantic ocean stretch as far as the eye can see.

We asked the talented Jilda to photograph their proposal, she was hiding away and Raynard popped the question. Judi said YES!

They enjoyed the rest of the afternoon with a relaxing spa treatment at the hotel. There were more surprises to follow: a dinner at Azure and a luxury suite to stay over. Raynard treated Judi to a oh so romantic weekend of luxury. Raynard and Judi proposal at 12 Apostles Hotel was one to remember.

We wish them both the very best of luck and hope they have a magical future together.
