On the 21st March 2016 Bruno and Andrea got engaged. Bruno asked the love of his life to marry him. The day was filled with happiness, family and friends.
After going through a few ideas and sourcing venues, Cascade Manor was decided and the planning began. As it was Easter and Andrea just loves chocolate Bruno decided to have a large chocolate egg made up for the proposal. This giant chocolate egg was transported by us to the venue. We then carefully unwrapped it and placed the oh-so-fabulous engagement ring inside. The chocolate egg was handmade and created with a chocolate ring box inside. The detail of the egg was amazing and the work put into it was impeccable.
We decorated the waterfall area with her favorite flowers, sunflowers. We also created another box filled with chocolates to enjoy at a later stage. When Bruno and Andrea arrived they walked through the olive trees to get to the waterfall area. The chocolate egg was on the table all wrapped up and Andrea had NO idea what was inside. After enjoying their picnic food and some bubbly Bruno finally told Andrea to open the egg. As she did Bruno went down on one knee and popped the question. Warren, the photographer was able to capture the moment as he was wondering around pretending to be a tourist. She said YES!
They continued the celebrations with a family dinner that night at the hotel and a spa treatment the following day.
Bruno and Andrea chocolate egg proposal was so much fun and loved sharing that special moment with them. We wish them all the best for a happy future together.
