On the 16th November 2014 Jason asked Elisha to marry him! The most amazing forest proposal! They got engaged at the beautiful Silvermist Mountain Lodge in Constantia. It was a perfect day in Cape Town, he wanted a small intimate picnic outdoors, just the two of them with amazing views. This spot in the forest provided them with exactly that. His idea of a “perfect proposal” was for her to overcome with joy, break down in tears and say YES! They had been together for 2,5 years so the long wait was over for Eli.

On arrival Jason led her to the secret spot, where we had decorated it with lots of bunting flags. The flowers were all out and the trees were green, creating a beautiful area for the special occasion. As they walked down, Lesley the photographer captured the whole event on film. Jason said those magic words… “will you marry me” and she said YES. A match made in heaven…

The weather was beautiful, it was hot and sunny for the happy couple. The forest was looking lush and green on the day. Her favorites colours are mints, corals and white, this just popped so nicely in the forest. A magical forest proposal these two love birds.
