On the 17th November 2017, Nitesh and Sunaina got engaged!

When Nitesh gave us a call he knew exactly what date he wanted to propose and that it needed to be at the beach. Not living near the coast, he needed some help with the perfect location. The gorgeous Canelands Beach Club and Spa immediately came to mind, this venue is right next to the ocean and the perfect spot to watch the sun go down and enjoy a romantic dinner together.

A beach proposal is one of the most beautiful settings but the weather element is always unpredictable and can cause some stressful moments. The 17th of November came around and it turned out to be one of the windiest days of the year… not ideal for a romantic candlelight dinner!!! Luckily as the afternoon drew on the wind started to die down and we were able to find a sheltered spot to set-up.

Sunanina loves the colour purple and we used this throughout the setup with lots of candlelight, roses and a few personal touches. When the wind had subsided, we gave Nitesh the go ahead and he lead Sunaina down the stairs to their dinner for two, little did she know that he would go down on one knee and propose. Our lovely Debbie from Deborah-Anne Photography was there to capture the moment. Nitesh had asked us for the exact shade of purple that we were using so that they could both dress accordingly and wow did this man get it right! We couldn’t believe that Sunaina’s gorgeous dress matched the exact colour of the roses we used.

We just love how these photos capture the emotion of two people in love and how the evening sky provides the most romantic backdrop. Nitesh and Sunaina beachside dinner proposal was perfect! Wishing Nitesh and Sunaina a life of love, laughter and happiness ever after.
