Love was in the air on Valentine’s Day, as this was one of the most romantic proposals, EVER!

Daniel came to us about 6 months before the date to plan and arrange the “PERFECT” proposal for the love of his life. He knew exactly what he wanted but needed some help in choosing the correct venue. The idea that she would love was a helicopter ride to romantic wine farm for lunch or dinner. He wanted it to be private and very romantic. The views needed to be nothing but breathtaking! Daniel wanted to be on high up on a mountain just the two of them, a moment to remember forever. A photographer needed to be there to capture it all on film. So this is exactly what we planned…

They took off in the morning from the Waterfront in a luxury NAC helicopter.  They landed at the stunning Jordan Winery, where we greeted them and showed them to the land rover. The land rover took them on a drive around the farm and up onto the mountain. This is where we had set up a romantic picnic for two. The location is a viewpoint, next to a dam and vineyards. Quiet and peaceful for a perfect proposal. They walked to the picnic area and Daniel popped the question. Blana said YES <3  Jilda quietly hide in the vineyards to capture it all on film. Afterwards, they enjoyed the picnic and bubbly to celebrate. They stayed the night in a luxury suite at Jordan. The spoils did not stop there, Daniel and Blana celebrated this occasion with a romantic dinner at Delaire Graff.

They live in Australia and been together for 5 years, the time was right to start a future together.

When we spoke to him the first time, he knew exactly what he wanted to do! He wanted a picnic at Vrede en Lust in the vineyards. He just loved the idea of being outdoors, in a beautiful location, surrounded by the hills and valleys. The atmosphere was fun and intimate! They are from Nelspruit and were coming to Cape Town for a friends wedding. He knew this was the perfect time to pop the question!

They met in Nelspruit and fell in love! He described how much he loves Sarah and how they were brought together because they were soul mates.

On the day we used bunting flags, checks, coral and pastel colours as these are her favorite things! He wanted that personal touch in all the decorations we used. To make it more personal we added a “photo tree” which had pictures of them since they have been together.

They arrived at the farm, were led on a cellar tour, then enjoyed a wine tasting of the flagship wines. After this they headed to the picnic spot where we were all waiting to capture the proposal on film. Harshil got on his knee, popped the question and Sarah said YES! They spent the rest of the afternoon at the picnic in the beautiful surroundings.

You were such a sweet and fun-loving couple! We wish you both all the happiness in the world and hope the future holds many more laughs and excitement! All the best!
